Next week…

Tomorrow, Monday, the electrician will be back (I hope…) to finish his stuff.

Tomorrow, Monday, a local landscaper will be here to do the wildflower area at the driveway entrance.

Tomorrow, Monday, we have someone coming to look at the bathrooms to give us ideas for toilets, tubs, sinks, cabinets. We stopped at two places this weekend to check out toilets. I had no idea that there are so many choices when it comes to toilets!

Tuesday, Moffett will be at the polls as a town employee, leading people through the voting booths.

Wednesday, the floor people will be here to install the entryway tile. We won’t be able to walk on it for two days which will be fine unless it snows.

Umm Thursday – well gee, what a surprise.

Tonight, Chris & Kyle are flying home from London. Chris decided that he wanted to see the new James Bond movie in London. So he took his brother with him and they went to the movie, along with doing the tourist thing. I’m looking forward to hearing all about it!

Oh – the new bed? Love it!

Oh – the new generator – not happy – it didn’t work when Hurricane Sandy visited NH. It’s fixed now.

So close to being done!!!! I’m sorry your generator didn’t work during Sandy. Of all the times for it NOT to work! 😦

Sounds like the upheaval is coming to an end. I know you’re gonna love it when it’s all done. There really are a lot of toilet choices aren’t there.

We love the chair height toilet!

If you’ve ever had a toilet refuse to flush I recommend the American Standard Champion 4. You can throw away the plunger. They come round or elongated bowl . Agree with Mary chair height is the way to go for older folks.

Oh yes, we’re definitely changing all toilets to the ADA height!

And definitely go with elongated. This will sound very strange. Well, maybe not, considering the source. We needed a new seat in our most used bathroom. The toilet is biscuit, not white. The local Home Depot only had one model that was biscuit and elongated. It was a Kohler and of course cost $38, so I bit the bullet, grumbled and bought the dang thing. This is the most comfortable toilet seat I have ever had the joy of using. Told you this was going to be strange. Within a couple days I bought two more. They are standard size, so they’ll fit just about anything. We opted not to get the ADA height, because we both have short legs and feel like Edith Ann swinging her feet on the tall units.

If a landscaper plants the flowers, are they still WILDflowers?
